Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of GetRawLink.com and the GetRawLink service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About GetRawLink
GetRawLink is an independent online utility that attempts to turn supported public cloud share links into direct media URLs.
GetRawLink is operated by:
GetRawLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Apple, Microsoft, or other cloud providers supported by the service.
2. The service
You can submit a supported share link to GetRawLink. The service will attempt to identify publicly accessible media associated with that link and return one or more direct URLs when technically possible.
GetRawLink does not guarantee that a submitted link can be processed, that a direct URL will be available, or that a generated URL will remain valid permanently.
Cloud providers may change their websites, APIs, authentication mechanisms, URL formats, access controls or infrastructure at any time. Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect GetRawLink.
3. Your responsibility for submitted links
You are responsible for the links you submit to GetRawLink and for your use of any media or URLs obtained through the service.
You should only submit links and access content where you have the right, permission, or other lawful basis to do so.
The fact that content can technically be accessed through a public or shared URL does not by itself grant you copyright, ownership, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights in that content.
4. Acceptable use
You may use GetRawLink for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the service, its infrastructure, its users, or third-party services.
You must not use GetRawLink to:
- access or attempt to access private, unauthorized, restricted, or protected content without permission;
- bypass authentication, passwords, access controls, paywalls, security mechanisms, or other technical restrictions;
- infringe copyright, privacy, data protection, contractual, intellectual property, or other legal rights;
- distribute malware or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
- intentionally overload, disrupt, damage, probe, attack, or interfere with GetRawLink or third-party infrastructure;
- circumvent rate limits or technical safeguards applied by GetRawLink;
- use automated systems at a volume that places unreasonable load on the service without prior permission.
5. Public and shared content
GetRawLink is designed to work with supported share links that can be accessed as required to perform the requested extraction.
GetRawLink does not provide you with ownership of any content and does not grant a license to content owned by another person or organization.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms, permissions and restrictions applicable to the original content and the relevant cloud provider.
6. Direct URLs may be temporary
Direct URLs returned by GetRawLink may contain temporary authorization information, signatures, tokens, expiration parameters, or other provider-controlled information.
A URL that works at the time of extraction may stop working later. GetRawLink does not control the lifetime, availability or behavior of URLs generated or served by third-party cloud providers.
You should not rely on an extracted URL remaining permanently available.
7. No media hosting
GetRawLink is not intended to operate as a media hosting or cloud storage service.
GetRawLink does not store your submitted media or extracted media links as a persistent extraction history. Submitted links are processed as required to perform the extraction request.
Additional information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
GetRawLink interacts with services operated by third parties, including supported cloud providers.
GetRawLink does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, URL behavior, technical changes, or other actions.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes to the service
GetRawLink may be changed, updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Features may stop working because of maintenance, software errors, infrastructure problems, third-party changes, security requirements, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
GetRawLink does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the service.
10. Rate limits and abuse prevention
GetRawLink may apply technical limits to requests in order to maintain service reliability, security and fair access.
Requests may be limited, rejected or temporarily blocked where automated or abusive activity is detected or where use places unreasonable load on the service.
11. Intellectual property
GetRawLink's own website design, branding, software, text and other original service materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and services remain the property of their respective owners. References to supported providers are used to identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
12. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetRawLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
No guarantee is made that the service will always be available, that extraction will always succeed, that returned information will always be complete or error-free, or that third-party URLs will remain accessible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetRawLink and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from unavailable or expired third-party URLs, service interruptions, third-party changes, or unauthorized use of content by a user.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Enforcement
GetRawLink may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to abuse, protect third-party rights, or comply with legal obligations.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as GetRawLink evolves or where technical, operational or legal requirements change.
The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective is subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory protections or rights that apply under the law of another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
